"17" is an app that is similar to Instagram , developed by Jeff Huang (of the now defunct rap group - Machi) 。 2 years ago when it was launched, it had a controversy resulting it to be taken out of the Apple Store and Also Google Store. On the last day of Chinese New Year, Jeff Huang held a party to celebrate the start of a new lunar year. He invited Chen Bo-lin and his good friend, Ko Chen-Tung to the event. Once they arrived at the party, they were surprised to see so many reporters at the scene. As they thought this was a private event. Eventhough they were dressed casually and did not specifically did any face touch ups, fans are commenting how great they looked.

Bolin on one hand looked a little bit exhausted to me.. but Jeff Huang is a really close friend and I think he couldn't miss this although it is Chinese Valentines' Day !
