陈柏霖：人生第一口秃黄油
这是早上10点的北京内城，除了陈柏霖之外，不那么北京的还有秃黄油，这是江南的食物，把数十只螃蟹最精华的部分熬成金黄，是种『穷凶极恶』的吃蟹法。太美味的食物跟太美的女人一样，微微让人不安，他犹豫了半分钟才决定吃第一口……今年他太忙了，现在需要吃顿不同的，狠狠放松一下。

见到陈柏霖，是在北京一座两进的旧四合院里，院子面南，视线越过东墙头，能看到雕梁画栋的大宅，那是保留完整的“总理各国事务衙门”旧址。这座小院青砖铺地，搭葡萄架，养猫，中间种竹子、柿子，可能是给当年办外交的干员秘书们歇脚的地方。现在的院子，虽然梁柱都褪了色，但气象还在，一关门就听不见市声，只剩一种适合长谈的安静。
A Breatkthrough year.
We met Chen Bo Lin in Beijing, at an old courtyard, with the yard facing south and to the east, there is a line of sight to the Wall with the carved beams of the mansion retaining the integrity of the "premier national affairs of Yamen”. 为《悦食Epicure》拍摄9月刊封面，大概是陈柏霖这些天难得的轻松工作之一，因为，气氛实在安闲随意。拍摄地点很近，从他的酒店过来只要20分钟，只是钻胡同的时候多费了点事。院子是一个来自福建的中年人租下来的，做私家菜，原料是在北京买一半，家人从福建寄一半。陈柏霖到的时候，桌面上已经铺满了各种食物，云腿月饼、香槟、石榴、无花果，都是应季的食物。我们拈着店老板专门买来的新疆杏子，个头小而甜，谈吃，谈书。
Pot and People , must also be beautiful.
Shooting “Eating with Epicure" for the September issue, is probably Chen Bolin’s easiest work nowadays because of the carefree atmosphere. Because of his busy schedule, his breakfast this year was so much more simple, always cereal and milk. In the past, he would get up early to visit the market, before he gets recognized by the public, he would buy his ingredients and make vegetable soup at home, using onions and tomatoes, and then fry an egg with cheese and olive oil. 如果要煮泡面，就一定要一只好碗来盛。他要在一碗泡面里加很多东西，其中点睛之笔，是烤过的白芝麻，磨碎之后撒在煮好的泡面上，“芝麻太厉害了，可以成就许多永恒的点缀，你会一直记得它。”之后再加上四片海苔，摆放得要很精细，发在instagram上——迄今为止，那张照片下已经有超过两万个人点赞，“人家都以为外面吃的，其实是我自己做的！我一定要摆盘，要好看，要有那个仪式感。已经是很cheap的泡面了，你就更加不能cheap地对待它。”盛泡面的那只碗是他在伦敦买的，灰白色，不华丽但名贵。

Y：最近的消息显示你非常非常忙。今年这么大发力，是前面几年沉淀的结果吗？
C：今年都没有休息，就一直在拍戏，已经拍了4部电影了，很夸张，自己都快错乱了！往往大家都会这么觉得，好像你做了什么是因为你前面沉淀了。如果往回溯源，也许有很多的理由去解释现在的结果。可是我觉得所有的东西都是顺着发生的，我的生活没有太多目的性，一切都是自然产生。拍的这些戏都是缘分，或者是朋友邀我去，那就去了，没有想太多。
Y: Recently you are very, very busy. Is this year’s effort the result of working hard the previous years?
C : This year I didn't rest, I’ve already acted in 4 movies, its really exaggerated. I’m almost confused myself!
Often people will think that what you do now is what you want to advanced forward. But if you go back to the source, it’s clearer to explain today’s results. But I think everything that has happened progresses naturally. My lifestyle is not based on a specific purpose. Everything is natural progression. These movies are all because of fate or a friend’s recommendation. I didn't really think too much.

C：对啊，可是真正的伤不是在脸上，是在心里。我的台词70%是韩语，本来想可以花点时间去学，但上一部戏强度也很大，我根本没时间学，所以前前后后只用了4天。根本就是完蛋了，先背拼音，再学一点文法，开始背剧本，再从剧本里学习文法和语感。拍摄的时候每天都很紧张，这种事情不是说努力就能做得到，是一定得花时间才会有结果。好在拍完觉得还不错。
Y : Let’s talk about "Bad guy must die," , we heard that when you were shooting this movie , you constantly had an “injured” makeup look?
C: Yes. However, the real injury is not in the face but in my heart. 70% of my lines are in Korean, I had wanted to take some time to learn, but the intensity of shooting is so great that I did not have time to learn. I only had around 4 days. I felt like I was gone. I used Pinyin, and then learn a little grammar then began to play back the script, and then from there from the script , I learned grammar and language sense. Every day during shooting , I was very nervous. This kind of thing cannot be based on effort alone, it takes time to get results. Fortunately, after finished shooting, the feeling was pretty good.
Y：在《再见，在也不见》里，你一个人演3个角色？
C：对，所以我今年应该算是拍了6部戏，我已经分裂了……要控制好表演的节奏，否则有时候突然会恍神，表现出其他角色的痕迹。
Y : In Distance, you played 3 roles all by yourself?
C: Yes. So in fact, I acted in 6 movies. I almost have split personality. Sometimes, I follow the rhythm of the movie, sometimes i would suddenly have traces of the role in myself.
Y：你享受现在这种忙碌的状态吗？
C：如果允许忙碌成为你生活的一部分，就不会太讨厌它。如果不允许，那就告诉自己，别碰那么多工作。
Y : Do you like the busy state you are in now?
C : If you allow your busy schedule to become part of your life, you will not hate it. If you do not allow it, then tell yourself, don’t commit yourself in too much work.
Y：忙碌之后，会不会觉得自己前进了一大步？
C：不能说只有事业进步才算迈了一步，而是自身所认知的自己有没有迈一步，这更重要。也许有的人做了很多年事情，从来没有迈过一步，也许有些人休息一段时间，什么都没有做，对自己的认识却迈了好大一步。到底是怎样的取决于你怎么看待，是你更在意外界怎么看待自己，还是更在意自己看自己。
Y : After you got busy, did you feel that you have taken a great leap forward?
C: You can’t equate progress in career as taking a great leap forward, It’s actually whether you yourself have understood whether you have taken a leap forward. That is more important. Some people may have done a lot of things but never stepped forward. Some people may be taking a break and not do anything but may have felt that they have thought they have taken a big step forward. In the end it depends on how you look at it. Whether you are more concerned about how the outside world to see yourself, or more concerned about you see yourself.
Y：那你呢？
C：我好像不断地前前后后，向前，又向后，这是我生命的状态。
Y: What about you?
C : I feel like I am continuous going backwards and forwards. It’s my life’s situation.
陈柏霖经纪人先说“他可是个吃货”，等到快开拍了又说：“其实呢……他自己做饭都很随便的”。
鬼才信呢，他是台湾小清新电影的鼻祖。如果一个人说自己喜欢小清新风格，那意味着他对自己没有要求，但如果小清新本人说“我随便搞搞”，那他的话外音就是“我随便搞搞都能吓死你哦。”
他20岁就红了，吃了11年当演员的苦头。拍摄过程中，虽然没时间给我们做菜，但他讲了海鲜烩饭的做法，显然是有修炼过的。他平时不敢上街，拍戏又累又苦。吃，对于他来说是一种缓解，也是种躲避。

知道他是处女座，我们打起十二分精神来接待。环境当然无可挑剔，这种有葡萄藤又有竹子的院子在北京极少见。审视桌上，有云腿月饼，是特制的，迷你型，不太掉酥皮。两瓶好酒，各色果子切开放在铜碟子里，加上一碗秃黄油配长粳米饭，对于吃货来说，这屋子就像秦可卿说的“大概神仙也住得”。

开拍前我们跟他说，这些东西都是给他吃的，他礼貌地说了谢谢。不过吃之前也总是要看看周围的人，确认“这是给我吃的吗？”黑白分明的眼珠子一转，像是要干一件坏事，再下口，是明星当久了的习惯——怕被拍到难看的吃相。他挑了个石榴——和很多纸巾，过一会儿捻起四分之一个无花果，又拿了很多纸巾。他说自己最爱日料。清爽干净，不会滴滴答答。
We told him before the shooting that these things are for him to eat. He politely said thank you. But before eating , he would still glance around to confirm “Is this really for me?" . His eyes glanced around like he was going to do something wrong before he took a bite. Perhaps he has became an idol for long, it seems he is worried that he looks bad while eating. He took a pomegranate and then a lot of paper towels. Then took a fig and again a lot of paper towels. He love to be clean. Do not like to be untidy.
“吃完几只，拿纸巾盖住空壳，再吃。”这是说他自己吃麻辣小龙虾。如果谁吃得很邋遢，就慢慢疏远这人。多么小清新啊！拍摄封面照片时，我们给他拌了一碗秃黄油米饭，他是第一次吃这种蟹粉制品，嘴里叼着铜勺，眼珠子转了三圈，看遍了院子里的所有人，还是掩饰不住那颗想尝试的心，尝完第一口，呼噜噜又下去了半碗饭。他的饮食习惯很台湾：很多水果，爱吃水产，爱甜。云腿月饼偏咸鲜，他只吃了一半，大概也是怕胖. 他说：“我只要看着这个人吃得下去饭，我就可以跟他合作。”
He finished a few, then used a paper towel to cover the skin , before continuing. It’s like how he described he would eat a lobster. If you eat untidily, you might get alienated by him. Such a “Small Fresh Person”. During the shooting of the cover photo, we gave him a bowl of yellow oiled rice, which he is eating for first time. He had a copper spoon in his mouth and his eyeball turned three times, as if looking at all the people in the courtyard. Finally it seems he could not conceal the urge in his heart to try it. After taking the first mouth, he quickly downed half a bowl. He has a Taiwanese Diet: ate a lot of fruit, love to eat soup based food, love to eat sweet. Thigh , moon cake, salty side dishes, he ate only half, probably also he is scared of getting fat.
"I'll just have to watch someone eat then I will know whether I can work with him," he said.
